These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your enrollment and participation in The Dream Hustler Program ("Program"), operated by Mihaan Maalgula under Dream Hustler ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in or accessing the Program, you ("Participant", "you", or "your") agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Description

The Dream Hustler Program is a structured, step‑by‑step online training platform designed to help individuals start and scale affiliate and digital marketing businesses from scratch. The Program is divided into three tiers:

  • Ignite Kit – Foundational digital marketing training.

  • Momentum System – Includes everything in the Ignite Kit plus advanced systems and strategies.

  • Dominance Mastery – Includes everything in the Momentum System plus expert‑level tools, mentorship, and business‑building strategies.

This is a fully home‑based video course you can access anytime, anywhere from your own device.

2. Eligibility

To enroll in the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age; and

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Program Access

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive:

  • Lifetime access to the materials provided at the time of your enrollment; and

  • Access to future updates or enhancements at our discretion.

Your access is personal and non‑transferable. Unauthorized sharing or access will lead to account suspension.

3.1 Sequential Release of Program Tiers

The Program is intentionally designed as a cumulative, step‑wise curriculum.

  • Participants who purchase Momentum System or Dominance Mastery will first receive immediate access to the Ignite Kit.

  • You must complete and implement the Ignite Kit before access to Momentum System is granted, and you must complete the Momentum System before access to Dominance Mastery is granted.

  • No matter which tier you purchase, access to content will be provided in sequential order.

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this step‑wise access structure designed to ensure proper learning, implementation, and results.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Program Fee

The fee for each tier of The Dream Hustler Program is clearly stated at the checkout page. Full payment is required unless you opt for an installment plan.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards

  • Razorpay (UPI, Net Banking)

  • PayPal (if applicable)

  • Installments (via Razorpay)

If you choose an installment plan:

  • The first installment grants 30 days of access.

  • The second installment must be paid on or before the due date.

  • Failure to complete the payment will result in loss of access to the Program without further notice.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Program and instant access to all content upon purchase, all sales are final and non‑refundable. By purchasing, you agree and acknowledge this no‑refund policy.

5. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee results. Success in affiliate or digital marketing depends on various factors including:

  • Your consistency and effort;

  • Your marketing skills; and

  • Market demand.

Any testimonials or income examples shared are not guarantees of your success.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, guides, templates, and content are the intellectual property of Dream Hustler. You may not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell the course material;

  • Share your login credentials with others; or

  • Allow unauthorized access or download of content.

Unauthorized sharing or reselling of your login or Program materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under the Copyright Act and Information Technology Act of India.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Participants agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or content with third parties;

  • Modify, republish, or reproduce any part of the Program; or

  • Use the Program for any unlawful or malicious purpose.

Violation of these conditions will result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access for violations of this Agreement or any unethical behavior, without refund.

9. Privacy

Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information. For more information, please visit our website.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; and

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Program.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website and will take immediate effect. Continued use of the Program implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
